Job summary
Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker Administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, document requirements, and design, test, and implement Epic solutions to meet clinical and operational needs.
The role requires 3 years of Epic module experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and Epic Certification within 6 months. You will lead small to mid-size projects and ensure data security and HIPAA compliance while
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
- Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
- 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
Responsibilities
- Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
- Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation.
- Design, test, implement and support Epic software needs.
- Provide guidance and end-user support to optimize Epic usage.
- Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
