Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements for Epic implementations.
• Provide end-user guidance and support to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
