Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.

• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Preferred: 3 years in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Configures, rolls out, and supports Epic software within the Beaker environment.
• Analyzes and documents system requirements, workflows, and user needs; creates training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to support standardized workflows and adds new functionality.
• Leads small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
