Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements definition, and documentation, and communicate with end users to implement effective solutions.

The role requires 3 years of Epic administration experience and Epic certification within 6 months. Candidates with a healthcare background are preferred; a remote-based setting is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare industry experience (3 years preferred).
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows; maintain user guides.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to support standardized workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to end users to enhance Epic usage.
• Lead small to medium projects and keep stakeholders updated.
• Perform problem solving and root-cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
