Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a certified Epic analyst with strong environment build experience to join our IT Revenue Cycle Growth Team. The role supports Epic applications, coordinates with end-users, business partners and vendors, and helps onboard new acquisitions across four states.

The position requires Epic certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Claims and Remittance, a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Epic Certified in HB Administration and/or Claims and Remittance.
• Experience building Epic environments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Builds requirements and translates into configuration and business process changes using standard workflows.
• Provides routine maintenance and standard builds for Epic applications and systems.
• Analyzes Epic vendor updates and their impact on business processes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves Epic application issues and provides end-user support.
• Codes complex functions including building Epic tables and reports.
• Updates testing scripts to reflect system development and implementations.
• Leads small projects with manageable risk and resources.
• Organizes technical requirements using data, diagrams and flowcharts.
• Solves complex problems and collaborates with Epic colleagues and vendors.
