Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain EPIC certification(s) within 6 months.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Prepare documentation using diagrams and models to present requirements and analyze solutions.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications and prioritize accordingly.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans and validate performance through testing and issue tracking.
