Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic certification and hands-on experience with core Epic modules are required.

The role requires translating business requirements into efficient workflows, communicating across leadership, and delivering high-visibility projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

Epic clinical application certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc).
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
Typically requires 7 years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
Translate complex business requirements into streamlined clinical workflows.
Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
Communicate effectively across all levels of management and technical staff.
