Qualifications

• Epic clinical application certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows
• Strong communication across all management levels
• Creative problem solver to reimagine workflows and improve usability
• Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution
• Track record delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions
• Expertise in change management to drive adoption and sustain improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under AVP leadership
• Lead coordinating and monitoring of project activities and provide technical direction
• Translate business requirements into optimized workflows to improve performance
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams, adapting messaging
• Mentor IT team in workflow design and new system enhancements
• Manage risk, communications plans, and implementation strategies for projects
• Support business relationship management and portfolio/demand management as needed
• Research market best practices to achieve industry standards in KPIs
