Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic certification and deep hands-on Epic experience are required to drive complex workflows and performance improvements.

Qualifications
- Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with Epic clinical applications.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows for performance and usability.
- Experience leading high-visibility healthcare IT projects and cross-application initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Epic-related programs and AI initiatives under IT leadership.
- Translate business needs into project plans and measurable outcomes across IT and clinical units.
- Mentor teams, manage risk, and ensure delivery aligned with design and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with executives and technical staff to drive adoption and value.
