Qualifications
- Epic certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (7+ years preferred).
- Experience leading complex, high-visibility IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into streamlined workflows to improve performance and usability.
- Communicate with executives and analysts across management levels.
- Lead change management and drive adoption of new systems.
- Guide project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality.
