Responsabilités

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Maintain relationships across IT and business to leverage technology for operational excellence.
• Lead project activities, provide technical direction, ensure design and quality standards.
• Measure benefits of initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor IT team in workflow and system enhancements.
• Develop business process mappings showing interdependencies.
• Support risk management, communication planning, and implementation strategies.
