The position requires building executive-level relationships, developing strategic account plans, and delivering on revenue and margin targets through collaboration with EPC, Development, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EPC sales or execution experience.
• Proven track record of executive-level relationships in solar EPC.
• Strong understanding of construction and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategies to obtain new utility-scale solar EPC business.
• Tracks and supports key project initiatives within target accounts.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans to reach goals.
• Develops differentiators and negotiation strategies for commercial issues.
• Reports annual business plan, revenue, and margins; travel plans included.
• Maintains regular attendance per company policy; performs special projects.
