Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of EPC sales or execution.
• Proven track record of utility-scale solar EPC sales.
• Proficient knowledge of project engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• Proficient with PV system design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to obtain new utility-scale solar EPC business.
• Track and support key project initiatives within target accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with senior management across procurement, engineering, and ops.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit business goals.
• Develop differentiators and negotiate on key commercial and legal issues.
• Report annual business plan, market evaluation, revenue and margins weekly.
• Maintain attendance as per policy and assist with special projects.
