Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in solar and/or energy storage projects.
• On-site experience with solar activities and HV substation equipment.
• 5+ years of direct management leading a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with AutoCAD and PV modeling tools.
• Knowledge of PV plant design, NEC, and project development.
• Willingness to travel at least 30%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and project engineering across the EPC team.
• Oversee conceptual and detailed system design, permitting, and construction support.
• Supervise planning for contract preparation and technical documentation.
• Report planning and design status to the client and engineering group.
• Develop team skills and engineering standards while driving safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure project value and performance.
