Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a remote Document Control Specialist to support EPC customers nationwide from the Eastern Time Zone, ideally near Cincinnati, OH. The role involves organizing and securing project documentation, coordinating document books, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with project managers.

You will handle vendor and customer documents, load into the Customer Document Management System, and maintain accuracy and quality across all files.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in document control, preferably with EPC level projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infrastructure to process and secure project documentation (vendor docs, drawings, construction docs, quality records).
• Coordinate and oversee assembly, revision control, and submission of final EPC document books.
• Receive or retrieve vendor and customer documentation as mandated by the customer.
• Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures.
