Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Cincinnati is seeking an EPC Project Management Coordinator to support project execution from start to finish. You will work with the Project Manager, customers, vendors and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and to coordinate schedules and communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial inside sales or related roles, excellent attention to detail, strong Excel and PDF skills, and proven organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar.
• Advanced attention to detail and quality output.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors and owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
• Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings for updates on deliveries and issues.
• Handle day-to-day project operations, such as site buys and expediting.
