Ferguson seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC-focused projects in the US, primarily remote from EST time zone with proximity to Cincinnati, OH. The role emphasizes coordinating customers, vendors, and contractors to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.

You will develop schedules, monitor project progress, lead critical calls, and manage change orders while ensuring high-quality outcomes in power and heavy industry settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management.
• Knowledge of EPC business preferred.
• Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
• Projects are mainly in Power and Heavy Industry fields.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality output.
• Strong analytical and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project process from award date through closeout.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
• Monitor progress of construction activities and timelines.
• Lead calls to review site issues, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Organize vendor meetings for updates on deliveries and technical issues.
• Provide regular customer updates on all project aspects.
• Review and approve changes from customers or vendors and update schedules.
