Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop new business and manage client relationships within the environmental and waste equipment finance sector. This role focuses on securing equipment financing for solid waste, liquid waste, and related operations, with a national footprint and a remote-friendly setup.

Base salary around $125,000 with uncapped annual bonus; candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with Midwest remote preference.

• Experience in equipment finance or leasing, preferably in environmental or waste industries.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers in environmental and waste sectors.
• Originate equipment financing transactions directly with businesses, including some dealer-referred opportunities.
• Finance equipment for solid waste, liquid waste, containers and carts, portable sanitation, hydro excavation, and environmental cleanup.
• Support financing for underground utility and pipeline equipment, sewer inspection camera systems, and other specialized industry equipment.
• Evaluate opportunities involving new and qualifying used equipment, as well as floor planning solutions for rental companies.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and relationship development through deal origination and closing.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities and achieve annual production goals.
