Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the compact utility equipment finance sector. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, onboarding vendor and dealer relationships, and expanding financing programs with distributors and manufacturers.

The candidate will collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing to tailor financing solutions, while representing the company at trade shows and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial finance sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/origination targets.
• Established relationships or book of business preferred.
• Understanding of small- to mid-ticket financing up to $750K.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive origination and revenue growth.
• Prospect, qualify, and onboard new vendor, dealer, and manufacturer relationships within the compact utility equipment space.
• Build and expand financing programs with equipment sellers and distribution partners.
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events to develop new vendor opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and marketing teams to design tailored financing solutions and partner programs.
• Conduct training and ongoing support for vendor and dealer partners.
• Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent production and growth.
