SOL Mental Health seeks an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager based in or near Baltimore, MD with remote + field-based responsibilities. You will build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory to expand access to mental health services.

This role offers on-target earnings of $125,000+ with a $75K base and uncapped bonus, plus mentorship and fast growth in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care.
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities.
