Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager based in or near Baltimore, MD with a remote + field-based setup. The role offers on-target earnings of $125,000+ (base $75K plus uncapped bonus) and focuses on building referral partnerships with healthcare providers to expand access to mental health services.

You will spend 4–5 days in the field meeting partners, growing your territory, and driving market growth while leveraging Salesforce to track

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
