SOL Mental Health, based in Baltimore, is hiring an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships with healthcare providers to expand access to mental health services across your territory.

You’ll spend 4–5 days in the field meeting partners, use Salesforce to track activity, and grow a national network under mentorship from growth leaders in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Based in or near Baltimore, MD | Remote + Field-Based

On-target earnings: $125,000+ ($75K base + uncapped bonus)

This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
