Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager based in or near Baltimore, MD. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships with healthcare providers to expand access to mental health services and drive market growth.

You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting partners, managing your territory, and developing long-term referral relationships, with remote collaboration and mentorship from growth leaders.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or relationship roles.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners.
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care.
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities.
