Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

You will work remotely within the continental United States, supporting prospecting, broker outreach, and client engagement while learning Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications or related field.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Interest in sales, insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions by partnering with seasoned reps and build consultative sales skills.
• Assist sales team with prospect outreach, broker outreach, scheduling, follow-ups and account tasks.
• Attend broker meetings to gain exposure to the sales process with business owners and brokers.
• Gain knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and healthcare insurance products and market dynamics.
• Participate in industry events to grow knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and help with CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
• Complete a structured training program toward advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
