Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

The position is fully remote within the continental United States, with structured training and opportunities to advance into a full Sales Representative role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and discuss underwriting with brokers.
• Support prospect and broker outreach, scheduling meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and clients to observe the sales process.
• Gain knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records, assist CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program toward advancement into a full Sales Rep role.
