Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a developmental path into a full sales position, with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships.

The position allows for full remote work within the continental United States, providing opportunities to learn about Level Funded health plans and medical stop loss while building a career in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
