Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a growing team in the United States. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, with remote work options for the continental United States.

You will learn the Employer Health Solutions business, participate in RFP analyses, outreach, and account management while progressing toward a full Sales Representative role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting requirements to brokers.
• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and hands-on experience.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program to advance to a full Sales Representative role.
