Responsibilities

• Make primarily outbound calls, as well as handle inbound calls and emails
• Contact professional and personal references to collect and verify information
• Conduct rental and tenant history verifications with landlords
• Accurately document information across multiple systems
• Follow up and probe effectively to obtain complete information
• Handle escalated cases while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain quality and accuracy while following established guidelines
