Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering leadership with multiple teams.
• 10+ years in technology, leadership of software engineering or modernization.
• Proven ability to develop engineering roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Experience leading and developing engineering managers and architects.
• Expertise in modern software practices: Agile, CI/CD, cloud, APIs.
• Ability to make pragmatic, risk-informed technology decisions.
• Proven end-to-end software delivery accountability and production readiness.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Track record building a culture of engineering excellence.

Responsibilities
