Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Clinical Sales Account Manager to represent Baxter and drive growth within a defined territory. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, understand a broad product portfolio, and deliver solutions that save and sustain lives.

You will lead sales strategies with the Account Executive and partners, and travel statewide to meet customers, while participating in a Sales Incentive Plan to achieve goals and access comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Preferred 4+ years of validated experience selling healthcare products; capital/durable medical equipment solutions or 3 years hospital leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts.
• Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts by leading customer business reviews and collecting outcomes data.
• Ensure post-sales customer happiness and improve ROI.
• Travel as required to lead assigned territory and attend regional/national meetings.
