Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking an experienced Enterprise Telecom Engineer to design, support, and optimize our enterprise voice, contact center, and telecommunications infrastructure. This full-time, remote role focuses on delivering reliable communications for clinicians, patients, and partners.

You will manage SIP signaling, IVR, QoS, and SIP trunks, while collaborating with network and security teams to ensure scalable, secure communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting enterprise voice and contact center environments.
• Strong understanding of SIP, IVR, QoS, and routing concepts.
• Familiarity with CCaaS/UCaaS platforms and telecom vendors.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, maintain, and support enterprise telephony and contact center environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, SBCs, IVR, queues, DIDs, and enterprise voice endpoints.
• Support migrations, platform upgrades, and number-porting initiatives.
• Diagnose network issues affecting voice quality and coordinate with Network/Security teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for Content Guru and related services.
