Job summary

Crossbeam is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager for its Enterprise team. Remote (U.S.) role focused on onboarding, delivery, and enablement of Complex enterprise implementations, partnering with Account Success managers and customers.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, build trust with admins, and drive adoption of Crossbeam features. Strong PM skills and Salesforce experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in implementation/onboarding for a B2B SaaS company.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience owning and running technical/complex enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding end-to-end for enterprise customers and coordinate with ASMs and Account Executives.
• Build strong rapport with admins and drive platform adoption of features.
• Overcome technical roadblocks and provide best-practice guidance during implementation.
• Lead product trainings and teach customers to use self-service tools.
