Sodexo is seeking a hands-on technology operations leader to oversee complex deployments, infrastructure design, and large-scale openings across the U.S. The role provides technical leadership, ensures security standards, and partners with internal teams and vendors to maintain high-performing environments.

The position requires 5 years of management and related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

Do you have Hands‑on experience implementing Smart Hands support models, including defining scope, building runbooks, establishing escalation paths, and driving adoption across field teams?

We are seeking candidates who have Demonstrated ability to shift work from traveling analysts to on‑site Smart Hands, including change management, training, and creating clear pre‑site, day‑of, and close‑out workflows. Remote Role!

About the job

Support enterprise technology operations across the U.S. by overseeing complex deployments, infrastructure design, and large-scale unit openings. This role provides technical leadership across segments, ensures compliance with security standards, and partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistent, high performing technology environments.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
