Sutherland is seeking a Sr. Director of Network Administration (Remote - US Base). You will lead a team of network engineers across the Americas, shaping the network strategy, design, and security for corporate and cloud environments.

Partner with Global teams to deliver scalable, resilient network services for business units and clients. Responsibilities include architecture, governance, and high-stakes project delivery, with on-call duties and some travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years managing a large, complex enterprise network.
• Leading large technical projects with ability to communicate to team and leaders.
• Strong understanding of network routing, switching, wireless, firewalls and SD-WAN technologies (Cisco, Zscaler, Citrix, Palo Alto, F5).
• CCNA or CCNP certification desirable.
• Experience with Software Defined Networking (SDN) and cloud environments a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based telecom systems/technologies.
• Managing and mentoring network engineers.
• Architecting and designing large-scale networks.
• Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Firewalls.
• Enterprise wireless technologies such as 802.11x.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for a team of network engineers.
• Oversee and design LAN/WAN and wireless architectures for Americas.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Develop/update network policies, standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with Global Network Teams and IT groups.
• Maintain security across network infrastructure with Info Security.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI modeling for network projects.
