Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS with relevant experience.
• Six years supporting enterprise‑class technology systems.
• Six years Microsoft operating systems experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Six years implementing and supporting business technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the implementation, operation and support of infrastructure services including server, network and telephony devices.
• Lead 2nd tier support for enterprise technology systems.
• Recommend enhancements for systems support services.
• Develop relationships with departments and vendors.
• Analyze performance and correct deficiencies.
• Manage workload, staffing, and salary considerations.
