Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will design success plans and drive value realization for each client.

You will run regular cadence calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, monitor health metrics, and act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to renew contracts and identify upsell opportunities. This remote role supports customers across geographies.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post‑sales technical account management, or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive and end‑user audiences.
• Industry background in Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions or enterprise software with large enterprise clients is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises IT landscapes; experience with Identity management and SIEM.
• Travel up to 25% is required.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of assigned enterprise customers.
• Build success plans, establish goals, and design/execute a value roadmap for each customer.
• Establish regular cadence calls and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure outcomes from Idira solutions.
• Review dashboards and program status; monitor customer health metrics and KPIs.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to drive continued value of products and services.
• Partner with the Idira Account Team to identify new usage opportunities and pipeline for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Define and execute success plans for at‑risk customers in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Advocate for customer needs and communicate areas for product and process improvements.
• Leverage Gainsight and other internal tools to archive customer activity and key data.
