Job summary

OpenLoop is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own its most valuable enterprise accounts, remotely or from our Des Moines HQ. You will shape the CS playbook, drive multi-year expansion, and serve as the executive sponsor for client C-suite relationships.

You will architect the enterprise CS motion, manage complex integrations, and lead high-impact executive reviews to demonstrate ROI and scale across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise CSM or strategic account leadership.
• Ability to build scalable playbooks and processes.
• Strong data-driven mindset for executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise accounts, including retention and multi-year expansion.
• Architect CS motion, aligning health metrics, QBRs, and account plans.
• Lead executive-level program management across multi-program portfolios.
• Drive renewals, pricing discussions, and long-term engagement strategy.
• Guide complex integrations and translate technical decisions into business value.
• Mentor and coach junior CS team members to raise delivery quality.
