Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives serving large PBM clients. You will drive revenue growth, retention, and profitability while guiding renewals and expansions across a strategic portfolio.

You will partner with CVS Health leadership and cross-functional teams to apply analytics and AI-enabled insights, shaping renewal scenarios and delivering sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years in healthcare, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Proven success leading large, complex PBM or employer accounts.
• Strong executive presence and strategic thinking.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, setting clear expectations aligned to revenue, retention, and client satisfaction goals.
• Provide executive accountability and senior-level oversight for large PBM clients, balancing client needs with enterprise priorities.
• Own aggregate revenue growth, retention, and profitability for the assigned portfolio through renewal and expansion guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align resources and drive data-driven execution.
