Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, driving revenue growth and client success across large PBM clients. You will set direction, balance priorities, and use analytics and AI-enabled insights to forecast risk, evaluate financial tradeoffs, and guide renewal and expansion strategies, while collaborating with CVS Health leadership.
Role offers remote work from any US location with travel up to 40%.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Proven success leading large employer or health plan accounts through teams.
- Strong executive presence with strategic negotiation skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to communicate with non-technical audiences.
- Digital and AI fluency aligned with transformation agenda.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives.
- Provide executive accountability for large PBM clients and complex engagements.
- Own revenue growth, retention, and profitability for the portfolio.
- Guide renewal/expansion strategies and cross-functional execution.
- Use data and AI-enabled insights to forecast risk and inform pricing.
