Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare, account management, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven success leading large employer or health plan accounts through teams.
• Executive presence with senior-level client discussions.
• Strong digital and AI fluency with data-driven decision making.
• Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives.
• Provide executive oversight for large PBM clients and complex engagements.
• Drive revenue growth, renewals, and expansion with a consultative approach.
• Partner with finance and leadership to shape renewal scenarios.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver value.
