CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives supporting large PBM clients. You will drive revenue growth, retention, and profitability, leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled insights to forecast risk and guide renewal strategies. This role offers remote work from any U.S.

location with up to 40% travel. You will influence cross‑functional partners, lead complex engagements, and deliver sustainable value for enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare, account management, or related client-facing roles.
Prior people leadership experience with coaching and talent development.
Proven success managing large employer or health plan accounts through teams.
Executive presence with ability to explain complex PBM concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong digital and AI fluency and inclusive leadership aligned with transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams of Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, setting clear revenue, retention, and satisfaction goals.
Establish direction, priorities, and operating expectations for AE and SAE roles, ensuring strong role clarity and accountability.
Provide executive accountability and senior-level oversight for large PBM clients and engagements.
Own aggregate revenue growth, retention, and profitability for the portfolio, guiding renewal and expansion strategies.
Collaborate across cross-functional partners to ensure data-driven execution and stakeholder alignment.
