Job summary

Medius hosts a global enterprise professional services team focused on implementing our spend management suite for AP and finance teams. You will configure solutions, run workshops, and help clients go live with confidence.

This hands-on role manages functional workstreams from design through testing, training, and go-live support, partnering with Project Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT system implementations, ideally in cloud-based or SaaS environments.
• Understand AP, finance, or spend management processes.
• Communicate strongly and work comfortably with both end users and project stakeholders.
• Are organized and able to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bring a solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Configure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions, on-site or remote.
• Analyze customers’ existing AP and spend management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customers through UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation including specifications and change requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
