Medius AB is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of our spend management suite for enterprise customers. You will work with AP and finance teams, run workshops, and ensure a confident go-live with our solutions.

This hands-on delivery role requires configuring solutions, testing, training, and collaboration with project teams to deliver high‑impact results for global clients.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in IT system implementations.
• Understand AP, finance, or spend management processes.
• Strong communication with end users and stakeholders.
• Organized and able to manage tasks across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training on-site or remotely.
• Analyze customers' AP and spend management processes and identify improvements.
• Support customers through UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation including specs and change requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
