Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT system implementation experience, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of AP, finance, or spend management processes.
• Strong communication with end users and project stakeholders.
• Organized with the ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Medius spend management solutions.
• Lead workshops and deliver training sessions, on-site or remote.
• Analyze customers' AP and spend processes and identify improvements.
• Support customers through UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
• Produce and maintain solution documentation including specifications and change requests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
