Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience in IT or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business-minded, results-driven and highly organized.
• Ability to manage several parallel tasks with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client/company sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from planning to delivery, managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the main customer contact, ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops (onsite or remote) and guide customers toward best-practice solutions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including specs and change requests.
• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to project methodology and tools.
