Job summary

Medius, a global leader in cloud-based spend management solutions, is seeking a Project Manager for Medius Professional Services. You will lead end-to-end implementations for customers across national and global markets, acting as the primary client contact and driving project success within scope, time, and budget.

The role blends classic project management with hands-on work in our applications, ensuring you deeply understand the solutions you help deliver.

Qualifications

• Have 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Are business-minded, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Manage several parallel tasks with good quality, control, and attention to detail.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have a general understanding of IT systems and are willing to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from planning to delivery, managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the main customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams.
• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops (onsite or remote) and guide customers toward best-practice solutions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including specifications and change requests.
• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure adherence to project methodology and tools.
