Medius is seeking a Functional Consultant focused on North American projects to join our Professional Services team. You will guide customers in their automation journey, helping improve workflow processes with the Medius suite and cloud-based spend management solutions.

In this role you’ll collaborate with global teams, manage multiple projects, and share best practices to drive adoption and value for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.
• Experience in Spend management (Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay).
• Structured work approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage several parallel tasks with quality control.
• Experience as a consultant or in accounting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with customers to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Analyze customer data to suggest improvements for automation.
• Guide customers on best-practice processes and configurations.
• Inform customers about new features and their impact on business.
• Train and support clients during test phases and go-live of new features.

Medius is now looking for a Functional Consultant with a focus on North American projects.

In this role you will be a vital part of Medius’ Professional Services team when working with our most high-profile customers globally. Your key responsibilities will be to guide our customers in their automation journey, helping them improve the efficiency in workflow processes related to the Medius suite of products.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with our customers to help them in their efforts to achieve improved processes and increased efficiency .
• Analyze customer data to provide suggestions on improvements in order to increase a more automated workflow.
• Guide customers on best practice processes and configuration .
• Inform customers about new features and how they can impact their business .
• Train and support clients during test phases and go live of new features .
• Interface with peers within the global Professional Services team .
• Collaborating with external partners.

What experience are we looking for?

• Prior experience of cloud-based/SaaS IT systems
• Prior experience in Spend management, Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay
• Structured work approach and good communication skills
• The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
• Prior experience of working as a consultant or in accounting

The following experiences are preferred

• Previous experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3 .
• Previous Project Management experience a plus .
• Experience with handling numerous projects simultaneously, with varied timelines, and managing multiple deliverables .
• Bachelor of Science or higher degree .
