Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist (ESS) to support Strategic Account Executives in deploying ADC Diabetes Care solutions across health systems in a remote capacity. You’ll partner with clinical and administrative leaders to design, implement, and drive adoption of CGM and related workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong program management and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, or related roles.
• Strong problem solving, relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAEs on account strategy and execution plans.
• Build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows and advise on changes with ADC solutions.
• Support implementation with internal technical teams.
• Coordinate testing and training plans for smooth adoption.
• Provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients.
• Define outcomes and KPIs aligned to customer needs.
• Engage with IT/EMR groups and share knowledge.
