Job summary
Quantum Metric is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting high-value opportunities across North America. You’ll align the platform with strategic business initiatives, engaging with diverse audiences from product teams to C-level executives to drive digital transformation.
You will guide technical strategy for enterprise deals, demonstrate value through tailored narratives, and lead POC activities while collaborating with sales and engineering
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software.
- Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprises.
- Ability to engage both technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse environments.
- Willingness to travel 20–25%.
Responsibilities
- Strategic advisory: guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from discovery to closing.
- Solution design: create tailored demonstrations and narratives aligning platform with business outcomes.
- POC execution: lead complex proofs of concept with defined success criteria.
- Technical architecture: translate needs into scalable architectures and value propositions.
- Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Account Executives and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding.
- Market influence: support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to influence the roadmap.
