Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) for a 100% remote role in the United States, with up to 30% travel for customer meetings and in-person trainings in San Jose and conferences. Lead discovery, deliver targeted demos, manage POCs, and build ROI models to prove business value.

You will articulate product capabilities across CRM/FSM ecosystems, align AI resolution capabilities with customer business outcomes, and drive technical validation and market feedback to guide

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for SaaS.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing or High Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Diagnosis: lead deep-dive discovery to understand workflows and pain points.
• Tailored Demonstrations: deliver compelling, persona-based demos tied to business outcomes.
• POC Management: define success criteria and manage Pre-Sales POCs with SMEs.
• Value Engineering: build ROI models quantifying improvements in metrics.
• Technical Validation: respond to RFPs/RFIs and ensure security and architecture fit.
• Market Feedback: relay market needs to product team to guide roadmaps.
